1. ABOUT THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE CENTER
The Foreign Language Center was established within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Languages at the University of Southeast Asia. The purpose of the Center is to offer training programs in English, Chinese, Thai, and other foreign languages. These programs are designed to meet the educational needs of both students enrolled at the University as well as members of the broader public community.

To become an outstanding training center that provides excellent foreign language proficiency in Cambodia.
3. Mission
To develop students’ abilities through excellent curriculums, teaching, and support services so that they will become proficient users of foreign languages.
