1. Program Learning Outcomes (PLO)

Upon successful completion of this program, students will have attained an advanced level of English language aptitude and competencies, equipping them to meet current and prospective scholarly and professional requirements as follows:

  • Use high-level vocabulary in written and oral communication;
  • Demonstrate ability of grammar, tense systems, and sentence structures;
  • Write informal and formal letters, emails, and paragraphs;
  • Converse with fluency in everyday situations and on a wide range of topics;
  • Apply good delivery practices: posture, gestures, and eye contact;
  • Read most two or more pages of general and academic texts;
  • Demonstrate ability to adeptly pick out main ideas and supporting details from monologues and dialogues;
  • Demonstrate ability to engage in a process of continual improvement and pursue a further study.
