USEA officials participated in the Higher Education  Quality and Capacity Imporovement Project. (HEQCIP)-) Proposal  Evaluation  on August 11, 2012, at the Department of Higher Education,  Ministry of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS , Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  The USEA representatives and University Research  URGMC  that attended the proposal review orientation  were Dr. Dina DS. Dela Cruz, the Vice President for  Research & Development/International Relations Office and Dr. Mean Sothy, the Director of Research and Development/International Relation Office.
